  • Buyers agent checklist

    • Buyers ask for washer and dryer, make sure its ok

    • Confirm the type of financing

    • 2j is IMPORTANT!!: It will determine price

    • Title and escrow: use our people if at all possible because they are ALWAYS good and like Danielle said we help our people out, they help us out with other things

    • Due Diligence: are they changing days, when and how long is the inspection days, inspection window starts the next day after signing

    • BINSR is also Day 0-Day 1 like inspection

    • Asking selling for 650 for warranty, bring that up

    • Sometimes people set crazy time periods for offers, if that happens just CONTACT THEM communication is key

    • Pre qual:

      •  Make sure box on line 3 is check

      • Make sure the right name is on the contract and pre qual

      • Don’t rely on a buyers agent for a contingency addendum 

      • Ask the lender how important line 9 is to the buyer

      • Line 37, 38, 39 all need to be checked “yes”

      • If the down payment is a gift, box needs to be checked

      • At a sellers presentation, we assure them good marketing, but also we tell them we make sure we find you the right buyer

      • Call the lender to make sure everything on contract is correct (Interest rate %, need concession, have enough to close)

      • Send the offer to the client, (email) just for documentation, with a congratulations and a highlight of what buyers want

    • Include eric in all your transactional emails so he can be aware of what's going on

    • Use “Onboard a buyer” Button on BUYAZRE website  when getting a new client from now on with everything going on
