When someone walks into a house and you immediately start selling, and the guard goes up

  • When you don’t talk to them the guard doesn’t move and you don’t build the courage to talk to them

  • Know your audience before you start performing; read the room

  • Reasons why people need YOU to help with there real estate

  • A professional to help then through there needs in time and see if you can work together

  • Someone to educate them on the process they need to go through 

  • Inform them on the market THEY want to live (amenities, neighborhood, etc)

  • If you don’t know something about an area, don’t lie, just tell them you want to hear there needs and set up a meeting; do your homework before you meet next time

  • We like yes, we like no, we hate maybe

  • Learn the other person's frequency
