Questions from the street:

  • Agents are being taught different ways to approach the new buyer disclosure. Is it bad?

  • The way they are doing it is hurting their business but they don’t know it yet, it give opportunities for potential clients to skip on a showing because they might have to pay all the compensation

  • If you get a call from a random person are you making that sign for a listing appointment

  • Are showing rates down because of new buyer requirements?

  • Need to be posting consistently to continue our relationships with our clients so when they think of you they think of real estate
