Buyer Hibernation Ending | AZ Pops | Independence Day

Happy July 2022!

During the surge of home sales from April 2020 - February 2022, some buyers decided to go into hibernation due to multiple rejected offers. Now that there are more homes on the market for sale, buyers are starting to shop again but with a new perspective. 

In most cases buyers are able to:

  • Take more time to decide

  • Offer at or below list price

  • Get 10 days to inspect

  • Have an appraisal contingency

  • Not have to provide a free leaseback to the seller
