Timing the Market

Happy March 2022!

As the fast paced real estate market continues, many home buyers that were struggling to get an offer accepted have resorted to waiting for the market to crash or correct itself, thinking they can get the same home they missed out on for less money. 

You may of heard the term "Saving my cash for the crash" thrown around the past couple of years.  The idea is to wait for the crash of real estate values and then go in and buy their dream home or multiple properties for a lot less than they are currently priced. 

My team and I believe there is no real way to "time the market" and there will not be a crash but what is most important, is to make decisions based on understanding your current situation along with the current market trends.
