David
David Bevan grew up in Denver and attended the University of Colorado where he studied Finance and Marketing and also trained and ran with Ralphie, the school’s live buffalo mascot. He worked as a financial analyst for GE Capital and then on to a private financial consulting firm where he provided market and investment analysis for engineering firms, merchant banks, and hedge funds. In 2004 he moved to the Phoenix area to join the rapidly growing real estate industry and co-founded a progressive, Chandler-based real estate company specializing in helping families and investors buy and sell residential and multi-family properties using unique financial and marketing strategies. In 2010 he started with Tru Realty and joined the BUYAZRE team in early 2021.
