Working with Other Agents

We need to find agents in other Markets to become referral partners. This is another avenue that we can use to get more clients and business. a Few ways that we can do this are:

  1. Ask your Database if they know agents in other parts of the country.

  2. Search Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and find active agents.

  3. Search out Realty ONE Group agents in other parts of the country.

We need to Add Value to these agents. Even if you don’t have a referral for them at the time we need to add value to them and build rapport with them. They may have someone they know moving here and need an agent to help.

Always be looking for ways to add Value to as many people as you possibly can.

A few things that we need to do to win in this Market

-Always have a winning mindset each and every day.

-Widen your network to new people in new professions.

-We need to start thinking long term.

There is a huge wave of buyers coming. 26-34 year old are the biggest group of home buyers to enter the market EVER. They are bigger than the baby boomers.

People need to be comfortable with the payment. Price of the home is not the most important thing. They need to make sure that they are comfortable with the payment that will come with the home. There will definetly be options in the future to refinance their loan and get a lower payment.

Housing right now is Seriously undersupplied. We need to build for our future and start now.

2024-2025 are being projected as the best buying years EVER. We need to be prepared for this and build our processes, knowledge now.
