An increase of buyer demand for showings which is leading to offers. 

Sellers are becoming more understanding that hiring the right professional that has the skill sets necessary to market and price their home properly is more important than the last couple of years. Overall, the market is balanced and it took a couple of months for everyone to adjust to the new norm. 

Where are Home Values Headed?

Home value predictions show an overall increase for years to come, although we are definitely experiencing numerous price reductions in many parts of Phoenix metro.

What is causing the increased price reductions and days on market?

1. More inventory to choose from

2. Higher interest rates

3. Buyers are taking their time
